How the model works.
Four simple ideas that fix what's broken. We're building it now, and our first members help shape the details.
1. A transparent pooled fund
Members pay into one shared community fund. The fee, and exactly what it pays for, is published before anyone joins.
2. No middlemen
We pay providers directly, at their posted prices, instead of passing money through layers that each take a markup. Members get direct primary care with a doctor who knows them.
3. Never profits from saying no
Our operating fee is always 10% of care costs, never more, and you see every dollar. Whether a request is approved or denied doesn't change what we earn by a single cent, so there's no reward for saying no.
4. Member voice
Members help shape the rules. That starts now: waitlist answers and early member calls feed directly into the design.
